Q: Are your products 100% original?
Yes! We only sell 100% original and authentic products. All our Crocs, Makeup Bags, and Skechers are sourced from official suppliers. We do not sell replicas or copies.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take 5–7 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep. you can pay also via jazzcash / easypaisa 

Q: What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us before sending any item back. For more details, visit our Refund Policy page.

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your order online.

Q: Can I exchange my product?
Yes, exchanges are possible within 7 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Size exchanges for Crocs and Skechers are accepted subject to availability. Please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.

Q: What if I received a wrong or damaged item?
